Résumé
Developments in artificial intelligence (AI) present exciting opportunities for GLAMs. While these opportunities are likely to propel GLAMs forward through their digital transformation, they also raise questions in the area of copyright, ethics, privacy and data protection that need to be clarified. To analyze these issues, an interdisciplinary panel of legal and digital humanities experts, designers and computer scientists will discuss to what extent AI can be used in the GLAM sector to generate benefits in the public interest and how sustainable, ethical and prosocial uses can be developed.
